Welcome to Keloid-Scars

Active ImageKeloids, large, bulky raised scars.  They can be very unsightly.  Unlike other scars, they gradually grow bigger.  They are most common in black skin.  The amount of times I've read this is astounding.

It frustrates me the lack of relevent information on the net regarding keloids scars.  For well over 10 years now, about once a month, maybe more, I've scanned the web looking for good sources of information regarding keloids.  Not just information but in particular a way to rid myself of these, to me, unsightly cosmetic annoyances.

In my quest to rid, flatten or even reduce my keloid scars I've, in my opinion, wasted much time, energy and money on apparent solutions.  From rip-off oils to laser treatment to investigations into plastic surgery this site details my experiences and information gathered... which unfortunately is not as comprehensive as I'd like.
